The citizen soldiers at Camp Beauregard were kind enough to drag my new baby up to flat ground with the biggest damned forklift I've ever seen. It's coming up for auction soon, if you want it.

| My good friend Brian, his truck and trailer, and my new purchase, loaded and ready to go. BTW, his truck kicks ass - it was like driving a 14,000lb La-Z-Boy recliner at 70MPH.

We half-joked that if the weather prevented us from getting home in the dualie, we would just find some fresh diesel and get the M1031 started.
Not too far-fetched - the guys that helped us load it were driving a "water-damaged" M1031 just like this around the camp!
